Common questions
General Event Info
Who can attend?
These are trade-only events. Entry is restricted to retail professionals, wholesale buyers, and verified industry stakeholders. The general public and personal shopping is not permitted, and attendees must be aged 14 or over.
Can I buy products on the day?
No. These fairs are for ordering only. “Cash and carry” sales (taking stock with you) are strictly prohibited to maintain the wholesale nature of the event.
How do I get my entry badge?
After registering online, you’ll receive a QR code via email. Print this or have it ready on your phone to scan at the self-service kiosks at the entrance. Your badge will be printed instantly.
Registration & Data Use
Why do I need a unique email address to register?
To ensure your data security and guarantee your correct details are captured when exhibitors scan your badge via the XPO Leads app, every attendee must use a unique email. This ensures your entry badge is linked only to you, preventing mixed-up records and ensuring your important event updates and digital tickets aren’t lost or sent to a colleague by mistake.
Can I modify my details later?
After submitting your registration, a username and password will be generated for you. You can log in anytime until the day before the show by entering your username and password in the login box on this page. This allows you to make changes or corrections to your details. You can also use this login to save time when registering for future XPO events. You’ll have the option to change the autogenerated username and password to something more memorable.
Can I bring a colleague, staff or spouse?
Everyone connected to your business is welcome, but they must register individually. Remember, each person needs their own unique email address to ensure their badge displays the correct name.
What happens if an exhibitor scans my badge?
When an exhibitor scans you via the XPO Leads app, they are essentially taking your “digital business card.” It saves you from carrying hundreds of paper brochures and ensures they have your correct contact info to follow up after the show.
Will I get a lot of spam if I register?
We value your privacy. Your email is used for essential event updates (like your ticket). You will only be contacted by exhibitors if you give them permission by allowing them to scan your badge.
