The following Terms & Conditions apply to the Retailer Insights Survey Prize Draw.
1. Eligibility
- Entry is open to individuals aged 18 years or older who complete the Retailer Insights Survey between 10am, 12th November 2025 to 5pm 19th November 2025.
- Entrants must be an email subscriber to NZ Gift & Homeware Fairs.
- Entrants must be employed in the retail industry and residents of New Zealand.
- Employees of XPO Exhibitions and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
2. How to Enter
- Complete the Retailer Insights Survey and fill out your details at the end of the survey to be entered into the draw.
- Only one entry per person will be accepted.
- Entries must be received by 5:00 PM NZDT on Wednesday, 19 November 2025.
3. Prize Details
- One winner will choose to receive one of the following:
- North Island Package: A voucher for East Day Spa, valued at $280.
- South Island Package: A voucher for a Day Retreat including lunch, massage, and access to saunas and hot pools at Maruia Hot Springs, valued at $279.
4. Winner Selection
- The winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries.
- The winner will be drawn Thursday, 20th November and contacted either by Phone or Email by a member of the XPO Exhibitions Team.
5. Prize Conditions
- The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
- The winner must respond within 5 business days of notification to claim the prize. If unclaimed, a new winner may be drawn.
6. General
- By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
- XPO Exhibitions reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and to disqualify any entry deemed fraudulent or non-compliant.
- XPO Exhibitions may publish the winner’s name and region for promotional purposes.
- Personal data collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering the prize draw and will not be shared with third parties.
